Where a betify account is terminated for breach of Terms, betify reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In all other termination cases, betify will return the Real Money Balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your betify account at any time by contacting betify's support team. Requests to close a betify account will be processed within five business days. Any Real Money Balance at the time of account closure (where no outstanding wagering requirement applies) will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betify holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through betify's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the licensing jurisdiction.
